1989年生まれ。2007年から武術を習い、現在中川流抜刀術の5段、錬士。
他に様々な武道 (古武術含め) や日本舞踊・茶の湯を習っています。技だけではなくて、礼儀作法など、立ち振る舞いの学びを大切にし、武道は自分の精神性を高めるのも目的の一つ。武術の技を研究する形で、急がずに各生徒に教えるぺ－スを合わせます。
急いで近道を求めると遠回りになるので、無理せず丁寧に習って、自分に合うペースで進むのが一番良いです。
そして、道場の仲間と共に楽しく稽古するのがなによりも！
この考え方で稽古を東京の巣鴨で行っています。
Born in 1989, started practicing in 2007. Currently holds the rank of 5.dan, Renshi in Nakagawa Ryu Battojutsu. Practitioner of several other styles, including kobudo, as well as nihon buyo (traditional Japanese dance) and tea ceremony.
In Mushin Dojo we focus not only on the study of the techniques (divided into three broader groups - battojutsu, tameshigiri and kenjutsu), but also reiho-saho (etiquette). Akin to research, we try to adjust the teaching pace to each student. Budo is a way of cultivating our personalities and self-improvement, but the actual practice should also bring joy.

通常は巣鴨地域文化創造館で行われてるが変更の可能性有るの為、予めのお問い合わせがおすすめ
Our practice takes place in Sugamo, usually at the community centre located in Jizo Dori. There can be a change in place from time to time however, ergo we would recommend contacting us in advance.
時間、必要な道具
TIME AND NECESSARY EQUIPMENT
稽古時間： 毎週日曜日と木曜日 19：00～21：00 （時間変更の可能性有りますので、予めお問い合わせ下さい）
必要な道具： 体験は特に何も持ち込まなくて良いです。楽に動ける服で大丈夫です。道着の有る方是非道着で（ズボンでも袴でも大丈夫です）。
年齢、性別、武道経験関係無誰でも参加可能です！
※ 場合によって、日日を体験者のご都合に合わせる事も出来ます。予めにお問合せ下さい。
At this moment the practice takes on Sunday and Thursday every week, from 19:00 to 21:00. In case there is a change in time, place or some event is taking place we try to let you know in advance, either on this page or on Facebook.
Necessary equipment: for your first keiko where you just want to get a taste of what the practice looks like there are no requirements other than coming with clothes in which you can move comfortably. For those who already have some Budo-related experience, bring your practice clothes if you can.
※ Depending on circumstances we can adjust the day of the practice to suit the schedule of those who would like to have a trial lesson. Should you be interested, please enquire for further details.
